I would just like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the service provided by the staff at ULS.  It doesn't matter what my question or concern is, it is always addressed and solved quickly, efficiently and professionally.

For example, Marie-Anne has gone above and beyond providing book prizes for the library's summer reading game.  At times, with little advance notice she's been able to fill orders for hundreds of books and have them shipped the next day.  With more children than expected enrolling in the game, more prizes were needed quickly and Marie-Anne rose to the challenge.

Suzann Chardon is also very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to "talk with".

And of course Tony, you're always ready to answer any questions that we have, so a huge thank you!

I've had contact with other ULS staff through the years and I'd just like to extend a heartfelt thank you and appreciation for all they do.
